IFS Therapy for Anxiety and Depression

Experiencing anxiety or depression can impact how you show up in the world. They may affect home and work life, and often leave you feeling worn down and tired.

You want to feel better, but you’re not sure how to move forward.

Whether you are new to therapy or looking for a different approach, I provide a compassionate presence if you struggle with any of the following:

  • Easily overwhelmed

  • Feeling on edge or unsettled

  • Sleeping restlessly

  • Sleeping what feels like excessively

  • Flat or depressed mood

  • Feeling unmotivated

  • Exhaustion

  • Dissociation

I also provide care for co-occurring conditions, such as eating disorders, substance abuse, trauma, and more.

How an IFS Therapist Can Help

As an IFS therapist, I guide you in getting to know all the parts of you.

The parts that are anxious, depressed, overwhelmed. The parts that may be perfectionistic, overachieving, or critical. And the parts that want you to be kinder to yourself and feel more ease or joy.

At a pace that feels safe for you, we begin the journey of learning what these parts worry about, how they are trying to help you move through life, and what they are protecting.

In the process of befriending your parts, the healing begins.
