
Welcome to my practice! As a mindfulness-based Gestalt therapist, I work with individuals, couples, and families to help them understand how experiences affect them in the moment. My work with clients involves a present-centered approach, which helps individuals to function at their highest capability by teaching them how to live and work mindfully.
I have extensive experience working with individuals with life transitions, trauma, substance abuse and eating disorders. Instead of analyzing the past, I focus attention on how a situation is affecting the individual now, so that those changes the individual desires become clear. The pace of therapy is determined by what feels manageable to the client.
I provide individual, couples, and family therapy.
